Youth blog on EXCEPT final conference
Patrick Cantellow, EXCEPT Youth Ambassador from UK, wrote his second blog titled A Fantastic Final Conference in Brussels!
In his blog Patrick discussed why it is important to involve youth:
“Young people bring a fantastic depth to events, particularly when the event’s focus is about young people. So it was great to see the EXCEPT team embrace the youth, and invite many along to the final conference.”
He also points to the problems of pension provisions for youth, low financial literacy, how very little young people understand how pensions work and at the same time don’t always trust governments to look after their money.
