Results of the EXCEPT Project discussed at a conference of adult educators

EXCEPT project team in Tallinn University was invited to participate at the 5th Biennial Conference of the ESREA Research Network for Adult Educators, Trainers and their Professional Development (ReNAdET) titled “Learning journey. Adult educators and/in social changes”. The presentation by Eve-Liis Roosmaa and Epp Reiska started with an overview of the project, its objectives, theoretical model and methods. The second part of the presentation was based on the interviews with youth and described the educational trajectories of the three groups at different level of risk of social exclusion in the Estonian case. In addition, successful returns to the educational system were discussed to give a hint which conditions had enabled it. The presentation was interesting to the participants of the workshop and created interest in EXCEPT projects working papers.
